Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with the portal's functionality was unavailable. All user actions, including login, data submission, and content retrieval, were blocked for around 30 mins time. The root cause of this issue has been identified. This could have impacted their operations, data submission, and user experience. However, the issue has been resolved from our end.
