For a brief period of time some calls transversing our ATL data center could not be completed as expected. At this time, calls are completing as expected. We consider this incident resolved.

Between 17:26 - 17:32 UTC on February 20, a portion of outbound calls in our Atlanta data center were unabled to be completed. Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded. We are grateful you have entrusted Bandwidth as your communication partner and we are sorry if this issue resulted in any disruption to your services.
