We are investigating an issue where TM crawls are showing as successful but in certain cases, the tickets in the app are not being ingested into the system. This in turn is causing issues in POing and fulfillment. We will provide an update as soon as our team has more information about the issue.

Our developers deployed a patch that addressed some of the Ticketmaster Account crawl and POing issues we were seeing, however, some issues persist. We will continue to work on a full resolution and update this Status Page when we make any changes.
