    We have identified and resolved an issue related to quantities on Ticketmaster purchase order creation between Yesterday, May 14 at 4:45PM Eastern and Today, May 15, at 11:20 AM. Please review any TM purchases created by Sync in this timeframe, as there could potentially be a mismatched quantity between the purchase itself and the PO created in the point of sale.
