    **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** # COE-INC141329 **Incident Date:** April 22, 2026 ‌ **Summary** On April 22, 2026, at 10:50 AM PDT and until 11:55 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue affecting Live Agent chat sessions in Autodesk Assistant in Autodesk account. During this time, customers could start a chat, but after refreshing the page or minimizing or toggling the Assistant window, they were not reconnected to the same agent. ‌ **Impacted Services** * Autodesk Assistant in Autodesk account. ‌ **Root Cause** * A configuration in the Autodesk Assistant experience for Autodesk account did not restore the existing Live Agent session after a page refresh or after the Assistant window was minimized or reopened. This caused some chat conversations to disconnect and required customers to re-engage support. * Autodesk mitigated the issue by disabling the affected configuration. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken.
