   We are investigating reports of customers experiencing an issue where they are unable to play media in Creative Review when it is set as the default player in FPTR. As workaround, customers has to disable Creative Review as the default player or use another player. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

   **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number**: #coe-inc140907-shotgrid **Incident Date**: April 17, 2026 ‌ **Summary** On April 17, 2026, between 6:00 AM PDT and 9:18 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that prevented customers from playing media in Creative Review when it was configured as the default player in Flow Production Tracking \(FlowPT\). ‌ **Impacted Services** * Flow Production Tracking – Creative Review Player: Customers were unable to play media when Creative Review was set as the default player, disrupting review workflows. * Media playback functionality remained available when using alternative players ‌ **Root Cause** * The issue was caused by a required service dependency being unintentionally disabled during a service migration, impacting Creative Review functionality. * Re-enabling the dependency restored normal media playback behaviour. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified the following actions: * Review and improve service migration procedures to ensure critical dependencies are not unintentionally disabled. * Enhance monitoring and validation checks for service dependencies to detect similar issues earlier ‌ Thank you for your patience and understanding.
