    We are currently experiencing higher than expected latency across all UIs due to a widespread internet outage. Our team is currently investigating.

    Autobooks Payments Network (APN) services are currently impacted by the nationwide internet outage. Due to the strong likelihood of impact to the success and timeliness of your customers' bill payments, Autobooks has temporarily disabled access to the Bill Payment user interface. Restoring access to bill payments, while minimizing the negative impact to your Financial Institution and your customers is our highest priority. Our team is closely monitoring the outage exploring opportunities to minimize the length and severity of this impact.

    We are seeing services recover across many of our AWS-hosted systems, but are continuing to investigate and monitor errors being seen within our critical processing infrastructure. Our application will continue to display an offline message to users until we are confident that our service provider is fully functional. We will provide another update at 7:30pm ET.
