We are currently investigating an issue affecting our US-North core services, which has resulted in intermittent service disruptions and dropped connections. These occurrences have been happening at least once a day. Our team is actively working to replicate the problem and will be coordinating with our internet service provider, as the issue appears to be related to the new fiber equipment they have supplied.
