We are currently investigating a service outage impacting our routing and DNS infrastructure. Services Affected: API DNS CDN Web Interface Connection Managers / Load Balancers Game severs and bots are not affected. Our team is working to identify the cause and restore services as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

The issue has been identified as a hardware failure. To address this, we will be performing emergency maintenance on the DNS and Routing Core Servers. During this time, services may be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as maintenance progresses.
