    We are currently investigating an issue retrieving PLR data from the LRS service.

    We have identified the cause of the issue and are working to resolve it

    We have verified a fix for the issue and applied it to the majority of customers that have reported the issue. The fix does require a short period of downtime, so for remaining customers the issue will be automatically resolved at 1am (15th August)
