New Device Registrations intermittently failing
Appspace experienced a minor incident on March 26, 2025 affecting APP3 Environment and APP12 Environment and 1 more component, lasting 19h 30m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The Cloud Platform team is working with the Engineering team on identifying the root cause for this degradation.

Both App3 and App16 environments have returned to normal operations. App12 has a workaround in place to improve performance and device registrations are now working properly. Our Cloud Platform and Engineering teams are now working on a permanent resolution to today's earlier performance degradation on App12.
