TFS4JIRA Azure DevOps integration - Daylight Saving Time issue for synchronizing Jira->Azure

   "TFS4JIRA Azure DevOps integration" is experiencing synchronizing issue for profiles that are synchronizing Bi directional or Jira to Azure since Daylight Saving Time event. It only affects Jiras where default timezone for the instance is set on timezone that has Daylight Saving Time event. Since that event happened for that Jira we are no longer able to synchronize. Unfortunately we haven't detected this earlier. Root cause: JQL in Jira does not accept 'not existing' time because of DST, for example Poland timezone on 26th March 02:00 because of DST, there's change to 03:00, so Jira is not accepting JQL with such time. "Date value '2023-03-26 02:50' for field 'updatedDate' is invalid. Valid formats include: 'yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm', 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm', 'yyyy/MM/dd', 'yyyy-MM-dd', or a period format e.g. '-5d', '4w 2d'." We are working on the fix to resume synchronization for such profiles.

   The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

   We fixed the issue for affected customers. Synchronization of such profiles should continue and take into consideration all the issues updated since the synchronization stopped. We are actively monitoring the effect.
