Update timeline

  1. identified Jun 20, 2023, 02:36 PM UTC

Since 02:00 PM UTC+2 today, we started observing timeouts in requests to Azure DevOps Services again. This is the same problem as yesterday, see https://spartez-software.statuspage.io/incidents/1d0rngkw5xjp We have mitigated the issue by fine-tuning our synchronization queues so they are less sensitive to the timeouts, but that has a negative side effect - regular synchronizations are now triggered less frequently, once per 5 minutes. We are trying to obtain more information from Microsoft on the root cause (communication channel is established but there are no many details to share yet).
