Chat: conversation history doesn't load in Chat widget
Resolved after 13 minutes, affecting Chat for Jira Service Management, on February 22, 2024.
We managed to resolve the issue with Jira API. Conversation history in Chat widget should be working for everyone now.

Conversation history is not loading in Chat widget and the number of customers impacted is growing. We managed to identify the issue related to Jira API and we are testing the solution.
