Chat for JSM doesn't work as expected for some customers
Resolved after 3 hours 24 minutes, affecting Chat for Jira Service Management, on September 13, 2024.
We received an update from Atlassian that the breaking change which was causing the problem in Chat was rolled back and two customers already confirmed that the problem in our app is gone. Because of this Chat should be fully operational now so I'm resolving this incident.

Some customers cannot access Chat or create new conversations in Chat. We have identified with Atlassian that the issue is related to a current, active incident on Atlassian's side and we are in contact with them. We will keep observing the issue.
