From March 9th through ~noon PT on March 12th, there was an issue preventing organizations from creating a new connection (or refreshing an existing one, which happens on a set schedule) between Aplos and Raisely for its donation processing capabilities. That issue has now been resolved.
Certain organizations have no visibility of the footer buttons at the bottom of the Register's `Create a Payment` or `Create a Deposit` screens, which normally allow them to cancel or save their transaction. The team is actively investigating and has discovered a workaround in the meantime: from the `Amount` field, press 'TAB' on your keyboard twice. This will cause the buttons to become available again, allowing you to save your transactions.
The team has identified the issue, and a fix has been prepared and released. All organizations should have visibility of the missing transaction-creation buttons in the Register.
We are aware of an issue affecting email delivery to Outlook and Hotmail recipients. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to restore normal delivery as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as we have them.

Following the fix that was implemented to resolve failed deliveries to Microsoft addresses, many backlog messages were sent at once. This created a small window in which messages sent to non-Microsoft addresses also failed. We quickly made an additional fix, and are seeing messages be delivered again. Microsoft address recipients may still see some impact, and our team continues to investigate.

We received reports that newly created transactions were not appearing in new reports (General Ledger, Income Statement, Transaction List). The team quickly applied a fix and this should now be resolved, refresh your reports to see updated data.

Following our release of the new Register experience yesterday, Organizations may have been unable to add Deposits based on the presence of a setting pertaining to an unrelated feature. Our team detected the issue first thing this morning and prepared a fix which was released around 11am PT.
The team became aware that Google log-ins and registrations for Aplos using Google were returning an error. The issue has seemed to resolve itself but we are continuing to monitor.
We have not received any further reports of issues with Google log-in or registration, and feel this incident is resolved.
