Our cloud service provider is currently experiencing issues which may affect Akamai Identity Cloud SMS, Event Delivery, Customer Insights and Console Audit Logs services. Delays or retries may be required to ensure successful SMS delivery. Delayed events will be delivered after vendor services are fully restored. Identity Cloud core services are operating normally, however.
