Hello, Aiwyn has identified an issue with a third-party platform that is affecting Billing and Payment Writeback as of this Saturday, 1/11/25. This issue is preventing new transactions from being written back to the practice management system. We are working with the third-party involved to resolve this as soon as possible. We will be reaching out to all affected firms directly with updated reporting to help address this issue as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Client users that are accessing the payment portal as a guest are currently unable to authenticate to process payments. Our team is actively working on a fix for this issue and appreciate your patience. One workaround for users is to register for a portal account instead of paying as a guest. Users who access the portal via an invoice or statement link will not have any issues accessing their records. We can confirm logged in users will have no issues accessing their accounts, reviewing invoices or processing payments at this time.

As an update, our team has implemented a fix and can confirm guest users can access the payment portal without error. Any guest user accessing the payment portal from an invoice link or directly via the portal URL should experience no further issues with login. Thank you.
