Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We would like to inform you about planned maintenance work on central systems within our production environment, that has been scheduled for the above mentioned date. This measure serves to update security-relevant and operational system components and supports the continued stable, secure and up-to-date operation of our services. Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, Private Banking, Corporate Banking and connected applications will be subject to temporary restrictions and intermittent unavailability. After that, the maintenance work will continue until approximately 4:00 PM. Based on the current status, no additional regular service interruptions are expected during the remaining maintenance window. Please note that this is not a functional change, but a technical maintenance measure to ensure operational continuity, stability and security.
