Ongoing since 08:51 AM UTC, affecting Estonia and Latvia and 1 more.
Starting from 15.11.2026 Payment requests containing unstructured address information will no longer be accepted. To improve payment data quality and align with evolving industry standards, we will introduce Hybrid Address as the supported address format for payment initiation requests on 15th of November 2026. This change applies to all payment types. This update supports the payments industry's transition to more structured and higher-quality payment data under the ISO 20022 standard. The European Payments Council (EPC) has introduced the Hybrid Address format to improve data consistency, straight-through processing, sanctions screening, and compliance controls. As a result, unstructured address data is being phased out across the market.
