    Degraded payment conversion for FI_Spankki (2026-05-31 14:45–15:30 UTC) CrossKey/Spankki's OAuth2 server temporarily deregistered the openid scope, causing payment authorizations to be rejected and payments to be cancelled. ~1,180 payments affected. Issue resolved on the bank side at ~15:30 UTC. Affected payments require end-user retry.
