We are observing intermittent elevated error rates when initiating new logins / consents (AIS & PIS) with Commerzbank in Germany. The bank's authorization endpoint is intermittently refusing connections (TLS handshake reset), causing the login/consent preparation step to fail with a "bank unavailable" error. Access to data on existing, already authorised consents is unaffected.
