  1. identified Aug 03, 2026, 04:01 PM UTC

We are aware of an issue affecting Apple Push Notification service (APNs) certificates. Customers attempting to create or renew a push certificate through the Apple portal may see a “Certificate Signature Verification failed” error. We have identified the cause and a fix is in progress. Existing enrolled devices are not affected. This impacts new push certificate creation and renewals only. If you are blocked by this, please open a support ticket at [email protected] so we can track your case. We will post an update here as soon as the fix is confirmed.

  2. resolved Aug 03, 2026, 04:54 PM UTC

This issue has been resolved. To create or renew your push certificate, first download a fresh AddigyCSR.plist from your Addigy instance, then upload it to Apple’s APNs portal. An older AddigyCSR.plist file will not work. If you still see errors after using a newly downloaded file, please open a support ticket and we will assist.
