We are currently working to fix an issue with some email campaigns that stay 'scheduled' while the campaign is launched, and with test emails that stay blocked. Not all campaigns are blocked. It's related to the way the targeting of the campaign is defined. If you don't use a saved targeting, you should not encounter the issue.
