    Email sendings from ENV-3 and ENV-1 are impacted by this issue.Email campaigns are currently blocked on those environments.

    The issue has been identified as coming from our service provider. We are working with their team to solve the issue as soon as possible.

    We continue working with our provider's engineers to solve the network issue blocking all traffic on their side.

    Our team is working on a mitigation solution to restore the service on another infrastructure

    Our team is working on a solution to restore the DNS service that impacts ENV-3, ENV-1 and ATMP while our provider's technicians continue working on restoring the full network service.

    Our team managed to put an alternate DNS service in place to serve ENV-3, ENV-1 and ATMP needs. Links and images in emails are becoming operational again, depending on DNS propagation delay. The email sending service on these environments will be restored when the DNS propagation will be completed. ENV-0 is still out of service at the moment. We are working on a solution to restore this service too.
