    Starting around 13:00 UTC on September 9, 2025, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting email protection for some US customer mailboxes across Office 365 and Google Workspace environments. During this time, affected mailboxes experienced interrupted email security monitoring and protection services. Abnormal's engineering team has identified the issue and is currently working to deploy a fix to impacted mailboxes. The next update will be provided in 1 hour or when further information is available.

    Abnormal is beginning to see service recovery, and our engineering team continues working toward full resolution. Once completely resolved, all emails from affected mailboxes will be automatically reprocessed to ensure complete security coverage.
