    We're sorry for the disruption yesterday and this morning — your patience helped us fix it fast. Here's what happened in plain terms: * What went wrong: Snow blocked a vent in our server room, causing a cooling failure and power issues. This led to storage problems and made Abicart and other Textalk-services \(Webarch, and Prenly\) unstable starting around 07:00 on Jan 11. * Our fixes: Team on-site rerouted power and added temporary cooling—most services back by afternoon. A morning traffic spike hit a temporary limit, but we adjusted it by 09:18; everything's running smoothly now. * What's next: We're reviewing routines and setups to prevent repeats.
