    Nous rencontrons actuellement un incident avec notre plateforme de ticketing Zendesk, ce qui entraîne une inaccessibilité à la gestion des tickets. La création de tickets reste cependant disponible en utilisant l’application mobile Zendesk. We are currently experiencing an incident with our Zendesk ticketing platform, resulting in the ticket management interface being inaccessible. However, ticket creation is still available using the Zendesk mobile application.

    L’incident affectant notre plateforme Zendesk a été entièrement résolu. Les services sont de nouveau opérationnels et vous pouvez à présent créer des tickets normalement par les canaux habituels. The issue affecting our Zendesk platform has been fully resolved. All services are now operational again, and you can once more create tickets normally through the usual channels.
