Engineers were notified at 12:08 AM MST for failed request on Shopify app. Responded to alarms. Identified the issue noted previously. Engineers reset the failed cache connections and monitored the resolution of the issue. Engineers analyzed the root cause of the issue and implemented a plan to accommodate fallback from cache failure in the future.
