**What products were affected and what was the impact?** Slow responses and timeouts when calling the Classify API. Impact: **MINOR** **What timeframe did this issue occur?** | **Date** | **Time** | | --- | --- | | Jan 23, 2023 | `07:55 AM MDT` | **How was the issue detected?** We received reports from customers that response times from the Classify API were longer than previously. **What functionality was affected?** Speed of responses from the Classify API. **What was the resolution of the problem and steps that are being taken for continued follow-up?** We identified that there was an issue with batching large data sets, integration of new AI technology, as well as some inefficiencies with our databases. All of these issues have been corrected.
