    We are currently seeing intermittent delays in receiving acknowledgments from the processor bank for Option 1 accounts payable Interac transactions, and as a result transactions are staying In-Progress longer than usual, before completing. Please note: Clients' accounts receivable, or clients utilizing the Interac URL flow are unaffected. We will provide updates as more information is received We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    The issue has been identified to stem from Interac and a delay on their side sending acknowledgments for accounts payable transactions. The processing bank is working closely with Interac to solve this issue with priority. Please note: Clients' accounts receivable, or clients utilizing the Interac URL flow are unaffected.     We have noted that most Interac Accounts Payable are now receiving the acknowledgment information, and transactions are behaving as they should. We and the processing bank are still working closely with Interac to solve this issue with priority. Before closing this issue, we still want a confirmation from Interac that the problem is 100% fixed, so we will update soon. Please note: Clients' accounts receivable or clients utilizing the Interac URL flow are unaffected. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

    We have received the confirmation from our bank partner and Interac that as of 5:32 pm EST, all transactions were processed. We are closing the issue now.
