We are investigating the issue
There was a Cloudflare SSL configuration issue. The issue was identified immediately, and we applied the fix, but due to DNS propagation, the issue took longer than expected to get resolved. The issue is resolved completely now. All the services are up and running. Please reach out to Zluri Support in case of any issues still observed.
Our PII Data storage vault is misbehaving. We are trying to restore normal operations. If your Organisation is in the affected organisations, you will be able to see a banner indicating the same in the Zluri application
We are experiencing degraded workflow performance due to high load, causing workflows to take longer than expected.
We are facing intermittent issues. This is happening due to a global issue happening at Cloudflare https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/8gmgl950y3h7.
We are facing issue in our Google workspace Integration as there is a service disruption at their side. you can experience in data getting synced from Google workspace to Zluri Application. We are monitoring the systems internally. The issue from the third party can be tracked here https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/summary.

Some customers are not able to access the application intermittently
Some of your integration processing pipelines are running with a delay. You may notice that data from integrations is reflected with a 24-48 hour delay. We are working on a mitigation as we write this.
There are some reported login issues for a few accounts. We are currently investigating this issue.
We are investigating the issue
We had an issue with our links embedded in our email notifications, which should redirect to Zluri's application. The links were not correctly forwarding the traffic to the Zluri application and were being marked unsafe. This happened due to a misconfiguration on our email provider. The issue was internally identified and has since been mitigated by correcting the configuration. All new emails that were generated after this period are working fine.
We are investigating the issue right now
We experienced intermittent performance degradation on Zluri application during a database maintenance activity. We are digging deep into this with the database vendor for the RCA.
We received reports that some users are unable to log in to the Zluri application. Our team is debugging this issue, and we will share updates soon.
