- investigating Jul 29, 2026, 08:22 PM UTC
The Zeta Marketing Platform (US) is currently experiencing elevated processing latency affecting some real-time event-triggered messages. Events continue to be ingested normally, and the impact is limited to downstream Experience Engine processing. Our engineering team has identified the degradation and is actively working to restore normal processing times. We will provide additional updates as the investigation and remediation progress.
- identified Jul 29, 2026, 09:19 PM UTC
The engineering team has identified the underlying issue, and performance improvements have been observed. The team will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure stability. As a result, the incident severity has been downgraded from Sev1 to Sev2.
- monitoring Jul 29, 2026, 11:35 PM UTC
Processing latency affecting real-time event-triggered messages has recovered, and event processing is now operating within normal levels. Our team has implemented corrective actions and are actively monitoring the platform to confirm continued stability and performance. We will provide additional updates if there are any significant changes.
- resolved Jul 30, 2026, 12:36 AM UTC
The issue has been resolved, and all delayed events have been processed. Service performance has returned to normal, and affected systems are operating as expected. We will continue to monitor platform health and event exports to ensure continued stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
