From continued monitoring off of yesterday's issue, we are seeing slowness in Experience processing leading to delays in the final messages getting out the door. This does not affect broadcast messages, High Priority Messaging (HPM), or actual external event ingestion. This is currently under investigation.

We have identified the issue with one of the upstream services. The lag is decreasing gradually, and the processing time has started to improve.
