  1. investigating Apr 20, 2026, 07:23 AM UTC

We are currently observing an issue affecting a subset of customers using Microsoft custom mailboxes, resulting in intermittent connectivity issues. 4. investigating Apr 21, 2026, 04:30 PM UTC

We are actively working with the Microsoft team to investigate connectivity issues impacting some customers using custom mailboxes between their tenant and Microsoft services. This issue is being treated with high priority. If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please raise a high‑priority support ticket directly with Microsoft from your end, while we continue to coordinate closely with the Microsoft team in parallel. As a temporary workaround, customers may try re‑authenticating their mailbox when a disconnection occurs. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

  5. investigating Apr 27, 2026, 12:00 PM UTC

Microsoft has prioritized this issue, and their engineering team continues to work on the investigation. We are closely coordinating with Microsoft to address the connectivity issues affecting some customers using custom mailboxes. If you are still experiencing issues, please consider raising a high‑priority support ticket with Microsoft, which can help speed up resolution. As a temporary workaround, re‑authenticating the mailbox may restore connectivity. We appreciate your patience and will share further updates as they become available.

  6. monitoring Apr 29, 2026, 01:45 PM UTC

We are in touch with Microsoft regarding this issue. They have confirmed that a fix has been implemented; however, it may take some time to fully propagate across all tenants globally. As a result, some customers may already be seeing recovery, while others may continue to experience the issue. At this time, we are still observing errors on our end and are closely monitoring the situation. We expect the next update from Microsoft by May 4th and will share further information as it becomes available.

  7. resolved Apr 30, 2026, 10:45 AM UTC

Our monitoring shows that no further errors have been observed since April 30th at 4:15 PM IST, and the service has been operating normally. While we are still awaiting formal confirmation from Microsoft regarding full global propagation of the fix, the issue is no longer being observed on our end. Given the sustained stability, we are proceeding to mark this incident as resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
