    During our routine access key rotation for security compliance, the access keys for our EU Production environment failed to update. This has impacted a range of functions including, but not limited to: uploading/downloading documents, exporting data, candidates completing video interviews, and submitting applications. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will retry any failed jobs once resolved.

    Our monitoring has alerted us that there is an increase of site activity in our Yello Enterprise Production - US environment that is impacting other sites in this environment in terms of background processes, such as integration file processing, sending emails or texts, exporting data, or other batch actions. We are unable to isolate the offending jobs without impacting other jobs, which means these background processes will be delayed. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as these background jobs get caught up. There is no impact to Yello Enterprise - EU, Yello Government Recruiting Solutions, or Yello Sourcing.
