Yello experienced a minor incident on January 26, 2026 affecting Yello Government Recruiting Solutions (YGRS) Production, lasting 5h 44m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are aware of an issue in our Yello Government Recruiting Solutions environment that is causing both staff and candidate users to encounter an error message when attempting to upload or download files, such as resumes. We have identified the cause and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Yello Enterprise and Yello Sourcing are not impacted.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We are now seeing both successful uploads and downloads of files, yet we are continuing to monitor the situation before declaring this issue fully resolved.

There have not been any further errors regarding uploading or downloading files since 11:09AM CST after implementing our fix. These features are once again functioning as expected.
