Workspot has detected an incident with DNS resolving *.workspot.com services. You may see intermittent ability to connect to Control and API service. We are currently investigating and working to get the service up as soon as possible.

our External DNS Provider has rerouted their DNS and are noticing improvements in resolution. We will continue to monitor and update in an hour unless it is resolved earlier.

External DNS provider has rerouted and we haven't seen any service alerts for the past 60 minutes. We are still monitoring. We will update if there are any changes or issue is resolved.

Our External DNS Provider has confirmed that the underlying DNS outage has been mitigated. They are validating recovery now. All services should be resolving and you should be able to connect to workspot.com services as usual. We will update once completely resolved.
