Pingdom reported production was down for Five minutes(4:08 PM UTC - 4:13 PM UTC). There was a 5 minute intermittent service outage by a subservice provider resetting their system. The service automatically recovered. We will share the RCA once we receive from the subservice provider.

The system has been stable and functioning normally for the past 48 hours. Our internal investigation found no application-level anomalies. We are closing this incident while the root cause analysis (RCA) from our infrastructure provider is still ongoing. We will share updates as soon as they become available.
