  1. investigating Nov 17, 2021, 10:24 PM UTC

We are seeing reports and can confirm severe latency within Azure at this time. We have opened a SEV A ticket with MSFT and are working with them to resolve the issue. We are seeing very high RTT between regions currently. All Workspot Control functionality is normal. The impact being felt is in connecting to VMs, staying connected to VMs and slow responsiveness from VMs once in them. We will update you periodically as we receive more information from Azure.

  2. resolved Nov 17, 2021, 11:03 PM UTC

Microsoft 365 has reported they have corrected a networking configuration issue which caused latency for users accessing MSFT 365 and Azure Services in North America. They confirm the issue is resolved. Please refer to MO298793 in the Microsoft 365 admin center for more details from MSFT. Thank you.
