Date & Time of Incident: 9/17 5:51 AM Duration: 1835 Technician\(s\): Fue Khang Review Date: 9/22 Brief Summary: On 9/17 at 5:51 AM, LMP notified of a down circuit. Found the issue was down due to LMP juniper device on site. Device was replaced on 9/18 at 12:26 PM and circuit restored Root Cause: LMP device failure.
