We have identified an issue when sending messages containing web links. We are currently investigating this. Please note that all other types of messages are being sent as normal. We will be posting further updates once we have more details to share.

“The incident has been resolved by our engineering teams. We have made the necessary corrections to address the problem affecting SMS messaging within the region. To clarify, we observed issues with the processing of SMS messages that either contained web links or originated from a text-in number. Additionally, during the affected period, our Web Application platform experienced performance problems. They will be able to assist you with any affected messaging throughout this period
