    We have identified an issue impacting the Scheduled Messaging functionality, which is currently not operational. Our technical teams are actively working to resolve this issue as a priority.

    We have identified the issue and confirmed that it affects a very limited number of previously created scheduled messages. This problem originates from an earlier code deployment. We are currently reaching out to the impacted customers and will implement a fix shortly to address these affected scheduled messages. Please note that all new scheduled messaging features operate as expected, and only a small subset of previously scheduled messages is currently affected.
