    We are currently investigating reports of intermittent issues accessing some hosted sites. Early indications suggest that this is stemming from an issue with an upstream provider, and that it is only impacting a small number of requests. We are continuing to investigate and will share additional details as soon as they become available.

    We’ve confirmed that the issue stems from one of our upstream providers and is intermittently impacting a very small number of hosted sites. Our upstream provider has reported that their services are now recovering and our team is continuing to closely monitor the situation. We’ll provide additional updates if any new information becomes available.

    The issue impacting our upstream provider is also impacting SSL Certificate Provisioning and causing an inability to submit forms on hosted sites when Bot Protection is enabled. We are working closely with our upstream provider to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

    We are continuing to work closely with our upstream provider as they continue to work on implementing fixes to resolve these issues. The current list of services that are impacted for a small number of customers and intermittently facing issues are as follows: - Hosted Sites - Form Submissions with Bot Protection enabled - SSL Certificate Provisioning - Webflow Cloud - API Docs on developers.webflow.com - MCP Server We will share another update as soon as new information is available, and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our upstream provider to resolve this incident.

    Our upstream provider are reporting that they have implemented a fix for the issue and are continuing to work toward formally resolving the Incident. As a result, we are seeing a return to expected performance levels across our impacted services and are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
