    We are currently investigating an issue affecting WhatsApp template submissions with image headers, where some requests are failing during media upload or validation. Initial analysis indicates this may be related to Meta’s media upload (Resumable Upload API) and validation flow. The issue has been escalated to Meta, and their engineering team is actively investigating. This may impact template creation and delay campaign execution for some users. We will share further updates as soon as we receive more information.

    Hi All, We would like to inform you that the template submission issue has now been resolved. The incident occurred due to a recent change from Meta. As an immediate measure, we have implemented a temporary hotfix that has successfully restored normal functionality.
