- investigating Jan 15, 2026, 02:05 PM UTC
Issues are still intermittent, we have been working with our upstream providers to get to the bottom of the issue. Expect within the next few hours potential disconnects outside the actual issue as we look to diagnose the root issue.
- identified Jan 15, 2026, 04:25 PM UTC
We believe we've identified the root issue and have implemented a fix, we will be partially rolling out the fix and spend some time evaluating it to ensure it's working as expected. Pending the fix proves stable we will be rolling it out fully. Until the fix rolls out fully expect some cases where connection times remain slow still.
- monitoring Jan 15, 2026, 04:54 PM UTC
The fix is now partially rolled out, as mentioned in the last update expect some cases where connection times remain slow still. We'll be monitoring how things go and once confident enough roll out the fix fully.
