Update timeline

  1. investigating Aug 05, 2026, 01:35 AM UTC

We're observing upstream provider network connectivity issues with our realtime servers which may result in timeouts across all regions. Additionally we are seeing degraded performance for instances hosted in the USW region, other regions appear to be unaffected by this issue, for the time being you may temporarily want to choose a different region during instance creation while we're investigating this incident with our provider.

  2. monitoring Aug 05, 2026, 12:05 PM UTC

The issues seen earlier appear to have cleared some time ago however investigation into the root cause is still ongoing with our upstream providers. We will be continuing to monitor things closely.

  3. resolved Aug 06, 2026, 11:49 AM UTC
