    Robo Charge is currently experiencing connectivity issues that may cause connected chargers to appear offline. The issue is outside of our direct control, but our team is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available. As a workaround, [you may temporarily remove them as an operator](https://support.plugchoice.com/en/articles/10057636-operators-explained) from affected chargers. Please be aware that this may impact reimbursement and other services managed through their platform. See our operator guide for instructions on managing operators.
