    Nov 18, 13:29 UTC Resolved - Routing traffic away from Cloudflare has fully resolved the issue. While the earlier disruption caused a temporary drop in incoming sessions, all delayed sessions were eventually received. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked through this. Nov 18, 13:19 UTC Monitoring - We have temporarily routed traffic away from Cloudflare, and incoming sessions are now being received at the normal rate. Our team is still verifying whether any sessions were lost during the disruption. We’ll continue to share updates as we have more information. Nov 18, 12:58 UTC Identified - Due to an outage with one of our third-party providers (Cloudflare), we are currently seeing a drop and fluctuations in the number of incoming sessions.     At 08:45 UTC, we observed that certain components of the dashboard were not loading as expected. Upon investigation, we identified that one of the database servers was operating at peak capacity, leading to performance degradation. To mitigate the issue, we immediately took the necessary actions to manage the load and restore normal operations. As a result, users experienced degraded performance for approximately 30 minutes. By implementing appropriate measures, we successfully stabilized the database and fully restored the dashboard functionality. We will conduct a post-incident review to improve resilience.
