    We are currently experiencing a partial service degradation affecting the iOS Mobile App. Tasks or rounds using Metadata Selection may cause the app to freeze, leading to operational delays for drivers. The root cause has been identified, and a new version of the mobile app will be released shortly to resolve this issue. Drivers will be required to update the app once the new version 1.9.10 is available.
